Visitor management

The V17 terminal is a versatile solution for the verification of persons and the management of visitors in your company. It allows verified users to register visits and provides flexible options for issuing or printing day passes. The functions of the terminal can be customised to suit the needs of any company.

A typical use case starts with employees emailing an invitation link to visitors in advance. Visitors can then either familiarise themselves with the security and company information in advance, or log in and confirm it with a QR code on arrival at Terminal V17. After successful registration, visitors receive an RFID card that gives them access to the areas authorised for them. On leaving the company premises, visitors return the RFID card to the terminal, which automatically deregisters them.

With intuitive operation and seamless integration with existing systems, Terminal V17 streamlines the reception process, increasing security and efficiency in your company.
