Starting a new career with Wanzl

21 new trainees in Leipheim and Kirchheim

Every year Wanzl is ranked among the best training companies in the region. "By providing intensive support for junior employees, we offer young people excellent career opportunities, strengthen the region and secure our position as a market leader," says Frank Derks, member of the Wanzl Management Board, explaining the commitment. This September again, 21 junior employees started their careers at the Leipheim and Kirchheim plants. First, there was an introductory day in the Creative Center at the company headquarters in Leipheim, where the junior employees learned more about Wanzl's product range and the company's philosophy.

"We are convinced that we can expect a lot of them in the next few years while they obtain sound training as skilled workers for a successful start to their careers."
