TJ Morris (GB)

The Logistics + Industry business division of Wanzl UK has reported an extremely successful 2012: a growing number of customers from the Retail, Logistics, Industry and Warehouse Management divisions ordered innovative, new products.

Doug Jeffery, Wanzl Director of L + I Sales in the UK commented on this success: "Our innovative products, the further development of the existing range and the outstanding service quality have opened up completely new opportunities for co-operation with large, national customers. Supported by the design engineers at Wanzl head office in Germany, these new developments have further differentiated the range and established Wanzl as one of the innovative leaders for excellent, tailor-made logistics solutions. Wanzl products support the efficient work processes demanded by the customer and make a decisive contribution to cost savings in distribution, storage and order picking."

One of the most important major orders in 2012 was the delivery of mobile containers to the rapidly expanding retailer TJ Morris based in Liverpool.

With its Home Bargains business model, TJ Morris concentrates on the retail of high-quality goods at low prices. Wanzl assembled the mobile containers directly on-site to reduce the loading space and costs for delivery.
