Magicline GmbH, market leader for gym management software, opened its brand-new GymLab in Hamburg on 27 January 2017. This combines a showroom and a gym for presenting the latest industry innovations and testing the interaction of their software with end devices under real-life conditions. 

At the reception, the Galaxy Gate from Wanzl masterfully welcomes guests. Premium access control is the ideal solution for optimised studio management for the benefit of everyone involved. Long queuing times at the entrance are a thing of the past. Once members arrive at the studio, they just need to have their access authorisation confirmed. An RFID card reader, integrated in the housing of the Galaxy Gate, does the job perfectly. Visitors whip out a membership card, scan it, and the network software immediately checks the stored information. The Galaxy Gate arms open and the training session can begin. The fully automatic "porter" also offers further benefits for increased autonomy. Check-in and checkout are smooth and autonomous, saving guests time, and saving gym operators important resources. Employees can take care of guests where it really matters: on the gym floor.
