Shelving systems can also be smart! The wire tech 100 i helps you to optimise your stock control. Combined with sophisticated weighing technology, each shelf level transmits information about the removal of goods directly to our cloud-based wanzl connect® store management system. A dashboard gives store staff a constant overview of which shelves will soon need replenishing.
Classic and elegant design
The wire tech 100 i shelf boasts a design full of classic elegance. The design of the slotted uprights is extremely subtle and underlines the perfect workmanship.
Despite the electronics installed, the shelf design remains clean and aesthetically appealing. The thickness of the shelves remains the same, too. We have hidden the technology so well that it is almost impossible to tell it apart from a conventional wire tech shelf at first glance. This means that the entire shelf volume remains available and no valuable space is lost.
Shelves with weighing technology
The wire shelves are equipped with intricate sensors and are extremely flat and incredibly delicate and elegant. Thanks to the 25 mm spacing, the shelves can be adjusted to an optimum height for the products.
As soon as goods are removed from the shelf compartment, a sensor registers the weight difference and transmits the number and type of goods to the app.
Filled from top to bottom
With wire tech 100 i, every bit of free space is used! The sophisticated weighing technology extends from the top shelf to the base.
Different compartment widths
Different compartment widths can also be defined. This allows you to make optimum use of your shelf width.
For different types of packaging
Whether soft bag packaging or a rigid box, wire tech 100 i measures the stock levels of all goods weighing more than 20 grams.
Definition of individual threshold values
Current fill levels and individual threshold values are specified via an app during initial shelf loading.
If the measurement falls below the threshold value, an individual system message can be defined, e.g. to prompt when goods need to be replenished or new goods reordered.
Overview of shelf stock levels
The wanzl connect® dashboard gives store staff an overview of all goods inventories in the individual compartments of a shelf at all times.
It informs them at a glance which threshold values have not been reached for the individual inventories.
