Specialists are the future of any company. Wanzl has therefore always relied on thorough training – and that pays off. At the end of May, 30 junior employees from the Leipheim and Kirchheim plants celebrated their course completion in the Creative Center. Top marks in the IHK and HWK chamber examinations, and an offer of employment from Wanzl for all trainees, made for beaming faces.
First-class performance
Harald P. Dörenbach, Chief Operating Officer, congratulated the junior employees on their examination passes. In the presence of the trainers, he thanked everyone for their outstanding commitment during the training period. The many exceptional achievements in particular gave cause for celebration. Of the 30 graduates, 17 achieved an average grade with a "1" before the decimal point, and six of them even scored above the magic mark of "1.5". In his speech, Harald P. Dörenbach praised the trainees’ perseverance and encouraged them to "face challenges boldly and emerge from them stronger than before" on their further career path."
