New addition to the Salsa shopping trolley family
Wanzl confirms its position as world market leader in shopping trolleys and expands its range beginning in March by adding a 200-litre model to its tried-and-tested Salsa line.
Innovative design concept
The Salsa shopping trolley design has pizzazz. The structure of its basket is a chaotic web of varied, repeated interweaving lines that looks as if it has grown organically. The design also satisfied the high-ranking international jury of the German Design Council. The Salsa won the prestigious international German Design Award 2018 in the category Excellent Product Design.
Advertising space
Large branding areas on the end of the basket and the sides of the shopping trolley offer the opportunity to showcase your supermarket logo.
Quiet and discreet
Salsa plastic shopping trolleys run exceptionally quietly – but that's not their only advantage: they can also be stacked and unstacked discreetly and without making a lot of noise, so they won't annoy local residents, customers or supermarket staff.
Excellent shopping convenience
With its original Wanzl castor wheels, the Salsa dances nimbly and smoothly through the supermarket aisles, making shopping an absolute pleasure for customers.
More space for more sales
The optional bottom tray and optional crate holder increase the shopping trolley's loading capacity, boosting potential sales. It offers plenty of space for PET containers, drinks crates and other bulky items.
Standard design
Robust chassis of flat oval tubing. Close-meshed basket made from food-safe plastic, with a child seat and round tube handle. Plastic deflector rings in anthracite grey.
Finish
The hygienic plastic basket can withstand acids, caustic solutions and detergents. They are also resistant against the effects of the weather, including high UV radiation, ice, snow and salty ocean air. The basket without metal reinforcement is compatible with EAS and RFID, thereby reliably reducing inventory discrepancies.
Practical accessories
The Promobox Plus S-Grip handle unit for increased customer comfort, supplemented with practical accessories such as holders for a cup or scanner.
