The intelligent Exit Gates from Wanzl are an important component of automated checkout systems. They control the flow of customers in a customer-friendly way and prevent inventory differentials.
Customer-friendly
Using the integrated sensor, the Exit Gate detects the current situation (slow or fast-moving people, customers with children, etc). The barriers remain open as long as necessary, but not one second more – for great customer-friendliness with maximum security
Flexible software
Wanzl Exit Gates are adapted to the requirements of the checkout processes by means of the software. Subsequent changes and adjustments are also possible thanks to an update function integrated in the software.
Automatic and secure
The automatic barrier reset prevents inventory differences. After the barrier has been opened manually, the Exit Gate immediately restores the "working situation". Staff are not required to reset the barriers, unlike in traditional systems.
Wanzl Access Manager
Exit Gate can be controlled with Wanzl Access Manager. Wanzl Access Manager links peripheral devices to a homogeneous software suite that validates users and operators almost in real time at any access control point.
