As in previous years, the company, in cooperation with the Günzburg Lions Club, is committed to a specially selected aid project, especially during the Christmas season.
The international aid organisation “Doctors without Borders” will be the beneficiary of this year’s support. Since 1971, the organisation has been helping in situations where people’s survival is at risk due to natural disasters, wars and epidemics. Emergency surgery, vaccination campaigns as well as psychological support, feeding centres and the training of local staff are important components of “Doctors without Borders”. The organisation is particularly committed to helping everyone affected, regardless of their origin, religion or political convictions. As in previous years, Wanzl did not accept gifts from its business partners, instead encouraging them to participate in the fundraising campaign. Generously topped up by Wanzl, a total donation of 10,000 euros was also achieved this year.
