Your duties

Key Responsibilities

 

·       To write and respond to, routine correspondence and answer ad hoc queries from Service customers in a timely manner;

 

·       To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.

 

·       Manage the company’s liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless contract delivery process to ensure a positive client experience.

 

·       Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

 

·       Organising cover for service whilst ensuring efficient utilisation of the work force and prioritising of the Engineers’ schedules

 

·       Ensure invoices are raised correctly and invoice values are maximised

 

·       Data inputting, verifying and correcting data where necessary; obtaining further information for incomplete records

 

·       Assisting the other members of the Service team when needed

 

·       Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the service office

 

·       To assist the Service Manager with departmental responsibilities

 

·       To assist with management of customer portal accounts eg Verisae, Tradex, Tungtsen, Coupa

 

·       To be first line of support for Mobile Engineers/Trolleywise Drivers inc. Dayforce Management

 

·       To support with the management of service IT system – Connect & Trolleywise App

Qualifications

Essential

 

·       Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience

·       Enthusiastic and a good team player

·       Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy

·       Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail

·       Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.

·       Good customer service skill
